Cofman Townsley is a firm that always puts their clients’ interests first. Their goal is to provide personal attention to every client while building a strong injury claim that helps their client receive maximum compensation. As a firm in growth mode, they knew they needed a more scalable solution to ensure they captured every opportunity while still providing excellent service to their existing clients.
Through a strategic partnership with Alert (an EverService company), a multi-pronged solution was implemented to capitalize on leads across all channels. The solution included live 24/7 Chat and SMS on the firm's website, overflow and after-hours answering live answering services for all office and marketing lines, and the addition of retainer services to drive signed contracts during the first interaction.
Today, Alert Intake Specialists answer calls at an impressively fast answer rate of only 10 seconds and complete an average of 50 qualified intakes per month.
