Solution

The firm engaged in a partnership with Alert Communications (an EverService company) to develop a comprehensive strategy providing 24/7/365 live agent intake and mass tort services. These services were seamlessly integrated with their existing legal CRM platform. As part of its Account Management services, Alert delivered detailed reporting and analytics on campaign performance while identifying optimization opportunities. The partnership also involved ongoing quality improvement efforts through rigorous call evaluations and feedback loops.



In the company’s first three months on service, Alert's Intake Specialists captured an additional 1182 qualified leads. Today, Alert handles over 40 intake case types on behalf of the firm and secures an average of 540+ qualified leads per month.
