Jeff Mosler is the CEO of EverService leading all business activities. Prior to EverService, Jeff was COO at Main Street Hub and led the company to a strategic acquisition by GoDaddy in 2018. Prior to this, he was the Chief Services Officer at HomeAway and helped the company through a successful IPO in 2011 and strategic acquisition by Expedia in 2015. Earlier in his career Jeff held leadership roles at Amazon and Microsoft in the US and Europe. Jeff earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Economics from the Wharton Business School.
Mike Wilson is the EVP of Home Services for EverService and President of Blue Corona, one of EverService’s digital marketing units serving the home services industry. Before his time with Blue Corona, Mike spent 19 years with TDCI (acquired by Infor in 2013) where he held Vice President positions in sales, marketing and product management. Mike earned a Business degree with a focus on Management Information Systems from Kent State University.

David Lord is the EVP of Healthcare for EverService and EVP of Nexa. Prior to joining EverService, David served as Vice President and General Manager for Credit.com (an HIG Company) where he was responsible for the operations including marketing, sales, product and technology functions. Prior to Credit.com, David was Senior Vice President at Perfect Vision Manufacturing and was responsible for global sales and distribution. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University and a Masters in Business Administration from Wake Forest University.
Executive VP, Healthcare
Mike Perez is the EVP of Legal for EverService and CEO of iLawyerMarketing, one of EverService’s digital marketing units serving the legal industry. Mike founded iLawyerMarketing in 2006, and has been the CEO since that time. He has been involved in SEO and digital marketing since 1999. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from San Diego State University.
Executive VP, Legal
Chris is the Executive Vice President of Alert Communications. Chris brings almost 20 years of experience building products and services to legal professionals. Prior to joining EverService, Chris served as GM of Caret Legal, a legal practice management company, SVP at Casetext, an AI-powered legal research provider, and Chief Product Officer at FiscalNote. He holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance & Economics from the University of Delaware and a Juris Doctor from American University, Washington College of Law.

George Willett is the Chief Financial Officer of EverService. Prior to joining EverService, George was the CFO for various Private Equity and Venture backed companies including Vcheck Global, Northfield Medical, Labsco and Summit Energy where he was responsible for all aspects of the finance and accounting operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Xavier University.
Chief Financial Officer
Sandi Valdovinos is the Chief People Officer of EverService and leads all human resources functions at the company. Prior to joining EverService, Sandi was the Senior Vice President of Operations and Human Resources for Alert Communications (acquired by EverService in 2020). She also held several human resources positions for Nordstrom in their full line business unit and for HauteLook, a subsidiary of Nordstrom and part of its ecommerce, online division. Sandi earned a Bachelor’s degree in Ethnic Studies from Berkeley and her Master’s degree in Education from UCLA.
Chief People Officer
Pravin Chandrasoma is the CTO of EverService and is responsible for the overall technology strategy at the company. Prior to EverService, Pravin served as the Vice President of Technology at LegalZoom where he grew and led the technology organization from startup to IPO. Prior to LegalZoom, Pravin served as Information Technology Manager at Indymac Bank. Pravin has earned a Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Information Systems from the University of Southern California.
Chief Technology Officer
Dinesh Dhamija is the Chief Product Officer of EverService and leads all product and solutions-related functions at the company. Prior to joining EverService, Dinesh was the Chief Technology Officer for Blue Corona (acquired by EverService in 2021). Prior to Blue Corona, Dinesh was the CTO of Smartrac N.V. and prior to this, SVP of Technology & Product Innovation at Infor. Dinesh earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University India, a MS in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio University, and a Ph.D. in Integrated Engineering from Ohio University.
Chief Product Officer
Chris Yano is the CMO of EverService and CEO/Co-Founder of RYNO. He's been a public figure in the Home Services industry performing over 500 keynotes, breakouts, and webinars on digital marketing best practices for home services companies. In 2018, Chris created a partnership with Gary Vaynerchuk, CEO of VaynerMedia, to bring a strong social/brand approach to the home service industry. Prior to RYNO, Chris was a district sales manager at AT&T Advertising solutions as well as a professional race car driver.
Chief Marketing Officer
Cameron Reichert is the Senior Vice President of Business Solutions for EverService, leading all contact center Quality Assurance and Learning & Development activities in addition to supporting new solution launches across EverService brands. Prior to her current role, Cameron served as Vice President of Operations and Customer Success at Nexa during her tenure of over two decades with the organization. Cameron earned a business degree with an emphasis in Global Leadership from Arizona State University.
Senior VP, Business Solutions
Parker Davis is the Chairman of EverService and leads the M&A activities. Prior to assuming the Chairman role in 2021, Parker was the founder and CEO of EverService’s predecessor company, Nexa Receptionists Holdings, from 2015. Prior to this, he spent over a decade working in the private equity and investment banking industries. Parker earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
